A family business that takes finish work personally.
DYS Construction was founded in Scottsdale to do remodeling the way we wished it had been done on our own homes: clean job sites, honest schedules, and finishes you do not have to apologize for. Twenty years later, we still run the company that way.
Our story
We started out doing kitchen and bath remodels for friends and neighbors in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Word got around. Today we run multiple crews across Maricopa County, but we still operate the way a small shop does: every project has one accountable project manager, you can call the office and speak to a person, and the same people who price the work also sign off on its quality.
What we believe
Three things, in this order:
- Show up. If we said we would be there at 8am, we are there at 8am. If we are running late, we call. Trust starts at the calendar.
- Price honestly. Our proposals are itemized so you can see what each piece costs. If something changes during construction, we tell you before we do the work, not after.
- Finish the job. Punch list, deep clean, walkthrough, warranty. Then we are still your point of contact if anything comes up six months later.

- Workers compensation coverage on all crews
- Permits pulled with all Maricopa County municipalities
- Written workmanship warranty on every project
You can verify any Arizona contractor at roc.az.gov before signing a contract. We recommend it.
